Special Needs Support

We offer community focused and integrated programs for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Programs are offered one-on-one or in groups.

Elderly Care

We support seniors to age in place while having their medical and basic needs met as they go through the ageing process. Our initial assessment includes assessing patient needs and developing a care plan.

Respite services

Our respite services offer the opportunity for caregivers to leave their loved ones with a trusted professional for a few hours or the day. Respite services can be offered in the community or in the individuals home based on preference.

Our Team of Nurses play a vital role in providing comprehensive nursing care to seniors, individuals with special needs, and families in need of respite services.

Our Personal Support Workers are skilled with working within the scope of elderly care and adolescents with special needs.
